Sit'n'Go Tournaments were for many players their first introduction to poker, most likely learning the game with a bunch of friends. They are hugely popular tournaments here at PDC Poker and are always fun to play. To reward our dedicated Sit'n'Go favouring players we are introducing a new monthly Sit'n'Go leaderboard.

How It Works: As you play any Sit'n'Go format tournament (including satellites and bounty games) you accumulate points towards your leaderboard score depending on your placing. Points are calculated according to a scaled formula that awards more points for those tournaments with a more expensive buy in. For example if you play a $10+$1 tournament you will receive more points for the same place than you would for a tournament with an entry of $1+$0.10.

The other factor that determines how many points you are awarded is your streak bonus. Winning streaks are reputable feats and thus are rewarded accordingly. Basically the bigger the winning steak you are on, the bigger the multiplier on the points you earn.

What You Can Win: The top 25 places on the Sit'n'Go leaderboard share in a $10,000 dollar prize pool at the end of each month, with first place pocketing $2,000.

In addition to the Sit'n'Go prize pool and leaderboard, there is also an additional $2,000 prize pool and leaderboard for winning streaks. Check below for payout structure.

SnG Leaderboard Formula:

Example: Leaderboard points awarded for 1st place in a $10+$1 x 10 Seated SnG

Overall Leaderboard Pts for 1st = ( √100 X 12 ) X Streak Bonus
= 120 x Streak Bonus

Leaderboard Total: This is your accumulative leaderboard score for all SnG's played, multiplied by your Streak Bonus

Streak Bonus: This is a special bonus which acts as a multiplier to your overall leaderboard total, based on your best SnG winning streak for the month.

6 x Seated Streak Bonus: 1
10 x Seated Streak Bonus: 1.5

Example: If you win 4 consecutive SnG's, 2 x 6 seated and 2 x 10 seated, you would receive a Streak Bonus of 5

Streak bonus = 1 + 1 + 1.5 + 1.5 = 5

SnG Pts: Is the amount of points earned for playing one specific SnG

Formula:

Example: Leaderboard points awarded for a $10+$1 x 10 Seated SnG

Leaderboard Pts for 1st = ( √100 X 12 ) = 120

Fee: Is the SnG entry fee in cents, Example:

A $10+$1 SnG would have a fee value of 100

Final Placing Bonus: Bonus multiplier based on your finishing position

Terms & Conditions

All players must adhere to standard rules and practices of an individual poker tournament. This includes but is not limited to colluding with other players to gain an advantage otherwise unattainable by single players, and leaderboard points earnings. Any player found to be abusing such practices will be ineligible for promotional prizes and may have their account closed.
Team play is strictly prohibited by PDC Poker. Multiple players who are using the same account will have their points forfeited and, at the sole discretion of PDC Poker, may have their accounts closed.
The use of artificial intelligence, such as "Bots" is strictly prohibited in connection with PDC Poker. All tournament game play must be executed personally by players through the client interface. You agree that PDC Poker may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA programs.
On the first day of every month at 00:00 (Server Time), the Sit 'N' Go leaderboard will reset and start once again. SnG Leaderboard points will not be awarded for the current leaderboard after 23:59:59 on the final day of every month. If the SnG starts prior to the listed server time, then points will count towards the leaderboard, regardless of finishing time.
All entrants must be 18 years of age to participate in the Sit 'N' Go Leaderboard promotion.
By participating in the SnG Leaderboard promotion where cash prizes are awarded on PDC Poker, you grant PDC Poker the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
SnG tournaments are considered as consecutive for the purpose of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive. Finishing time will not be considered when calculating your total consecutive wins and streaker bonus.
If 3 or more consecutive Sit 'N' Go's are played with the same group of players, then the maximum streaker bonus that can be awarded is 2.
All In Or Fold (AIOF) tournaments and Double Up tournaments will not count towards the leaderboard.
To be eligible to receive a streaker leaderboard bonus and prize, then the winning series must be completed within the same month. Example: Only consecutive sng wins from January would count towards the January Leaderboard.
The leaderboard will be update every 60 mins at the very least.
Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a Sit 'N' Go tournament will have their account frozen.
PDC Poker reserves the right to make changes and/or alterations to any or all the conditions (entry requirements) for MTT Grand Finals at any time, without notice. Through continued use of this of this site and it's products/services, you accept any modifications to our promotions, including dates, times and entry requirements.
All players must meet PDC Poker's Terms & Conditions, and PDC Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
A Breach of the Terms will result in instant removal from the Promotion. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of this promotion, the decision of MergeGaming's management is final.
