Rakeback terms
As part of the Rakeback Player Program, herein "the Program", you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Rakeback applies to cash games only, NOT tournament fees.
- There are no minimum hands required to qualify for rakeback.
- Any player found to be discussing rakeback via forums and/or table chat will be suspended from the rakeback program for a minimum of 1 month or permanently.
- Rakeback players are not eligible for deposit bonuses or free cash offers.
- Once you are an approved rakeback player on the Merge Gaming network you become ineligible for deposit bonuses, freeroll tokens or rake back membership when joining another Merge Gaming site.
- The program is private and by invitation only. Players are not permitted to link to, discuss or communicate any detail about the Program in any way, without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, posting on forums, chat boards, internet relay chat, table chat or any other chat or messaging service. Rake will be paid daily. All payments are made to Player Accounts only.
- We reserve the right to modify the Terms, the Rules and/or cancel the Program at any time.
- Abuse, cheating, collusion or any form of irregular play will not be tolerated. You may be instantly removed from the program and your account will be banned.
- Breach of the Terms will result in instant removal from the Program.

Payments
Rakeback payments will be placed directly into your player wallet at midnight (server time) every day. Your daily payment will be 30% of the total rake for that day.
Example:
Total rake on Jan 1: $250
Payment on Jan 1: 30% of $250 = $75
