Royalty Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What are Royalty Points and how do I earn them?


    1. Royalty points are given to you as a reward for playing at the cash game tables or tournaments. You earn 0.1 Royalty points per cent of rake you contribute, or 10 Royalty points per dollar. To learn more about rake check out our Royalty Points page.

  2. How can I use my Royalty points?


    1. You can use your Royalty Points in the following ways:
      • Purchase Store items - you can do this through the Royalty Store
      • Buy into tournaments - you can do this directly at the tournament lobby registration when you buy in to the tournament. Please see a list of Royalty Tournaments that you can buy into
      • You can exchange your points for cash in your cashier/points

  3. What happened with my old Comp Points?


    1. On April 1st the old comp points will no longer be in use. They can still be used to buy coupons in your player admin. There will be lots of tournaments for you to buy into comp point events during the change over period. Upon that date they will be removed from the system.

  4. How much is a Royalty point worth?


    1. See our Royalty Points section.
      100 Points = $1 in the Royalty store.

  5. Where can I purchase items with my points?


    1. You can purchase store items in the merchandise store, and other items like coupons and cash exchanges can be done through your player admin.

  6. If I earn enough points, will I automatically go up to the next tier?


    1. Yes. The system automatically changes your Royalty Class depending on the level of points you earn. We must stress that you only increase your Royalty Class through the points you earn at the tables, not through winning Royalty Points in tournaments. You can see your Royalty class in the client in the top right of the screen. You can also see your player class in your player admin.

  7. Do my points decay?


    1. Yes. They decay at a specific rate dependant on your Royalty Tier however, they will only decay if your inactive for 60 days and do not log any VIP points in that time. For more information please visit the VIP Tiers page.

  8. Do Royalty points count towards me clearing bonuses?


    1. Yes in the same way as the old comp points were. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

  9. Am I able to get bonuses on the Royalty program?


    1. Yes you will be eligible for bonuses on the Royalty program. You will clear off the bonuses in the usual fashion. Please check each individual bonus for its unique terms and conditions.

  10. What happens to my tier and points if I don't log in?


    1. If you go a period with no activity, your Royalty points will be decayed based on your tier and period of inactivity. Please see your tier for further details.

  11. Will there be changes to the Royalty rewards?


    1. Yes. From time to time we may introduce special promotions or items. This program is growing and we will make changes to keep it fresh as time goes by.

  12. Can I transfer points to another player?


    1. No. Points cannot be transferred to other players.

  13. How do I check my Royalty points balance and status?


    1. You can check all things relating to your Royalty points under your player admin.

  14. How do I check my Royalty points balance and status?


    1. You can check you point's balance and your status in the player admin section. Here you will see how many points you currently have, any specific benefits to your level and any other relevant information.

  15. How do my Rebates work & when do I get paid them?


    1. Your rebates will get paid out every time you clear a certain number of Royalty points. You earn a differing rebates dependant upon your player class. The rebate will be paid once daily one hour after midnight server time. To find a list of your rebates see Royalty Tiers.

  16. How can I exchange points for cash?


    1. Visit the cashier, and click the points tab. There is a section where you will be able to exchange your points. Please check your Royalty Class to ensure you meet the criteria and limits needed to exchange points for cash.

  17. Where did the freerolls go?


    1. We have changed the structure of the freerolls and changed them all to Guaranteed tournaments. This means you can use your points to buy into to all tournaments and stand a better chance of winning bigger prize pools than ever before. It also allows you to use the points to play in any tournament you wish, including SnG's with your earned points. There will still be some freerolls that will be specific to your Royalty class.

  18. I have tournament entry coupons for tournaments that don't exist anymore what do I do?


    1. We have automatically exchanged any coupons and tournament eligibilities you may have earned for new Royalty points. These are in your account and will be active for you to spend as you wish.
      • If you held a $50k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 1,000 Royalty points
      • If you held a $10k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 500 Royalty Points
      • If you held a $2k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 200 Royalty Points
      • If you held a $1k Freeroll Coupon we have awarded you 100 Royalty Points.

  19. Can I swap my comp points for Royalty Points?


    1. Unfortunately there is no way for you to exchange Comp points for new Royalty points.
